Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to The Happening’s Website (“Website”). This Website is owned and operated by The Happening, LLC (“The Happening”).

The terms and conditions below govern your use of this Website. Please read these carefully before using this Website. Your use of this Website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use this Website.

Age Restriction:

Please note you must be 18+ to join The Happening.

​

Inclusivity:

The Happening is inclusive to all adults.

​

Individuals requiring 1:1 assistance

Please kindly note that individuals requiring 1:1 assistance for behavioral intervention or assistance with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) needs will need to be accompanied by a parent/caregiver for the entirety of all club sessions. Supervision will not be provided by The Happening.

Supervision:

The Happening is not responsible for supervision.

​

Termination:

Membership can be revoked at anytime if deemed not a good fit.

​

Booking Club Sessions:

It is mandatory that all Happening members must book each session they plan on attending. You will not be granted access to session if you are not booked. You can book sessions 7 days in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to each sessions start time.

Cancellation Policy:

Members may cancel their membership at anytime without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to TheHappening.OC@gmail.com. Please note that while you may cancel at any time, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership or for past payments. Access to the club and its services will continue until the end of the current billing period.​

Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancelling your reserved club session within 1 hour before scheduled session starts will incur a fee of $10.00.

​​

No- Show Fee:

Failing to cancel your reserved club session and not attending will result in a fee of $10.00.

​

Late Policy: 

All members will be directed outside the facility by staff and left unsupervised when sessions have ended. When sessions are finished The Happening is closed.

​

Accidental Damage

Any damages done by members during sessions can result in property damage fees. This includes but not limited to ripping items off the wall, breaking any electronics, breaking any of the amenities or damaging the facility to any extent. We understand that some items might be wear and tear and will take that under consideration on a case by case basis.

Access to and use of this Website

In accessing any part of this Website, you agree:

  • Not to use this Website in such a way that disrupts, interferes with, or restricts the use of this Website by other users;
